Our President, Salman Ispahani, and Managing Director, Bill Kingdon, recently visited the Cotton Association of India (CAI).
The ICA delegation was warmly welcomed by the CAI team, led by President Mr Atul S. Ganatra, and enjoyed a tour of the historically significant Association headquarters before discussing future co-operation.
Topics of discussion included training opportunities, bylaw evolution, tackling unsafe traders and certification. ICA also indicated attendance at CAI’s conference on 2 September, when progress would be evaluated.
Our Memorandum of Understanding with Cotton Association of India has been effective since 2014 and provides the platform for our organisations to work together and enhance better cotton trading practice.
