Mr David M. Stern, former President of the Liverpool Cotton Association, died peacefully on Wednesday 7 February at the age of 85.
David Stern joined the business of M & B Stern as a young man. The company, a family cotton business, was founded by his great-grandfather in the middle of the 19th century.
