A reminder to all cotton sellers and buyers that in accordance with ICA Rules 237 & 238, a contract may not be cancelled. If it is not to be performed, the parties are to invoice back at the relevant market price, unless otherwise agreed between them. This is a fundamental point which causes many issues when overlooked in the ICA Bylaws & Rules.
