ICAspire Professional Development Series are unique opportunities for young professionals, or those new to the industry, to take part in personal and professional development sessions delivered by some of cotton’s leading professionals.

The next ICAspire Professional Development Series will run from 5th January to 20th April. The event will be delivered online allowing delegates to attend from anywhere in the world.

Who should attend?

Currently ICAspire is only open to ICA members. ICAspire is applicable to those who are aged under 40 or are within the first 5 years of their career in cotton.

What’s included in the programme?

The Development Series will include over 12 hours of learning, development and networking; split across three pillars – Leadership, sustainability and innovation. The Series will be hosted by Bill Ballenden and will feature a variety of guest speakers to cover a range of topics.
