Complete Cotton called off until 2022

The health, safety and wellbeing of all those involved in Complete Cotton is our utmost priority and as global citizens we must do all we can to prevent the spread of coronavirus (Covid-19).

We have been closely monitoring the situation in the UK and globally, consulting official advice and best practice to aid us in our action and contingency planning. Sadly, due to the ongoing threat of Covid-19, Complete Cotton 2021 has been cancelled.

The ICA will instead use this time to focus on the development of an online training offering for the cotton community.

ICA Managing Director, Bill Kingdon explains; “We are very disappointed that COVID restrictions prevent us from holding ICA Complete Cotton 2021. However, we are delighted that we will be using our time and energy to explore how best to develop resources that might be used for remote learning and reference. We will work with our members to determine what might best suit the sector. We fully expect to hold ICA Complete Cotton in Liverpool in 2022. We look forward to meeting a new cohort of cotton professionals face to face then.”

Our next Complete Cotton will take place from 25 April – 6 May 2022 in Liverpool, UK.

We are also still committed to doing everything we can to deliver Singapore 2021, which is scheduled to take place this year on 27-28 October.
