Fondazione Industrie Cotone e Lino has become the latest Affiliated Association member of the International Cotton Association.
As part of our strategy to promote safe trading, we offer an ‘Affiliated Association’ membership category which now has 13 members. Specifically aimed at ‘likeminded’ cotton associations, the membership category provides a mechanism to reinforce and support contract sanctity across all areas of the cotton supply chain.
“The addition of Fondazione Industrie Cotone e Linoto the community of ICA member associations contributes towards a safer international trading environment. We welcome collaboration with organisations like this which reinforce our effort,” said ICA Managing Director, Bill Kingdon.
“The process of becoming an Affiliated Association is simple – support our values and promote the message of contract sanctity.”

The Italian based Fondazione Industrie Cotone e Linowas set up in 1998 from the Cotton, Linen and Related Fibers Association. It is a strategic “laboratory” where culture is instrumental to progress and to the promotion of the natural fibers.
Among its promotional strategies, Fondazione ICL has become the single shareholder of two worldwide renowned textile exhibitions, Proposte (Home Textiles) and S.I.Tex S.p.A organiser of Milano Unica (Apparel Textiles and Accessories), thus reinforcing its engagement in the promotion and safeguard of the textile industry.
There is no joining or annual subscription fee to become an ICA Affiliated Association.
