The ICA’s mission is to protect the legitimate interests of all those who trade cotton, whether buyer or seller. To help achieve this and create a safer trading environment, the ICA has made its List of Unfulfilled Awards: Part 2 (LOUA 2) public.
By making this information available globally in the same style as the List of Unfulfilled Awards Part 1 (LOUA 1), the global cotton community now has access to key information to help make safer trading decisions by avoiding trading with any company listed on either LOUA 1 or 2 – a commitment all ICA Members must abide to.
During the last 12 months, the ICA has conducted a thorough investigation of all the companies featured on LOUA 2 to ensure the accuracy of this information prior to this wider publication.
ICA Members will continue to have the benefit of being notified of any additions or removals to LOUA 1 and 2, allowing them to keep up-to-date with the latest information.
ICA Members continue to play an important role in providing safe trading information to the ICA so we can ensure these lists are accurate and up-to-date.
