Before or During Arbitration

Mediator and Administration Fees

| Travel and accommodation costs for the mediator(s) |
| Room hire for the mediation |
| Daily working rate of GBP £2,000 payable to the mediator(s) |
| Daily travelling rate of GBP £400 (if applicable) payable to the mediator(s) |
| The cost of converting any settlement agreement into an ICA arbitration award (if required) |
| A deposit will be required up front to cover the anticipated costs of the mediation (this will vary depending on location) |
Future Discount
If an ICA non-member agrees to mediation, but does not agree a settlement and then proceeds with ICA arbitration, the arbitration application fee will be discounted by 50%
After Arbitration
| The party on the List of Unfulfilled Awards or the party bearing the majority of the costs of an award will be responsible for |
