100% rating for cotton training

Congratulations to the 40 international delegates who have just completed our annual training programme, Complete Cotton.

The training took place from 23 April until 2 May in Liverpool, UK, where 19 industry experts, delivered 20 training modules that covered the complexities of the cotton industry, from growing to spinning and everything else in between.
The delegates rated this year’s training 100% ‘excellent/good’ and gave us lots of ideas on how to make it even better for 2015.
One delegate to benefit from the training was Nagarajan Rengasamy, Production & Marketing Executive at Sri Ramiah Spinners based in Kovilpatti, India: “I got a lot of knowledge about risk management, arbitration procedures and gained an insight on various aspects of cotton. I also networked with industry players.”
Speaking after the event, Kai Hughes, ICA Managing Director said: “Complete Cotton remains one of the industry’s major training programmes and it has provided an excellent grounding for many of today’s key players in the cotton world. This year’s course was another sell-out and we can safely say that it was a great success. We will be running Complete Cotton again next year so if you are involved in the cotton industry, in whatever shape or form, my advice is to sign up now.”
